Jaguar XK 

The Jaguar XK may not have the sheer power of its predecessors in the XK line, but it more than makes up for that with its advanced lightweight aluminium design and beauty. 

The XK also has the advantage of being very affordable for what it offers. Even with its 4.2-Litre V8 engine, you can purchase one of these stunning jaguars for around £10000. 

For what you get, that's a steal.

Jaguar XJ220 

The Jaguar XJ220 is proof that when you aim for the moon, even if you miss, you can still land in the stars. 

While the original plans for this all-wheel-drive supercar wanted it to have a top speed of 220mph and be powered by a 6.2-litre V12 engine, circumstances and the ever-increasing cost of the project made them impractical. 

Instead, this vehicle ended up with a twin-turbo 3.5-litre V6 with a final top speed of 212mph. 

Even still, the XJ220 held the title of the world's fastest production car for years until the McLaren F1 rolled out.  

 Due to the issues mentioned above in its production, the XJ220 only had 271 models built, immortalizing it as one of the rarest road cars Jaguar has built.  

Jaguar XK120 

If you wanted to drive with style in post war Britain, no car was more suitable than the Jaguar XK120. 

It was built from aluminium, it had a 3.4-litre straight-six engine, and it was the fastest car in the world for its time, with a top speed of 120mph. 

While by default, it was open-top, you could opt-in for either a convertible hood or tin top for a bit of extra luxury.

Jaguar F-Type Project 7 

The F-type project 7 was a step up from the previous F-type convertible and a homage to the old 1950s D-types. 

With a near fully aluminium frame and aero haunch behind the driver's head, this beast of a sportscar put performance first with its 5.0-litre supercharged V8. 

Jaguar XJR 

For those feeling less sporty and more concerned about comfort, there is the XJR. 

With a similar engine, gearbox and torque as the XFR-S, the jaguar XJR has power in spades but forgoes some of the performance of other cars to double down on comfort and luxury. 

While not one of the best jaguars in performance, for the price range you find this car in, you will be hard-pressed to find another vehicle that's as pleasant to drive.

Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake 

The XFR-S Sportbrake is a rear-wheel-drive estate car, and so, so much more. 

It just so happens to have a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine along with 680Nm of torque and an 8-speed automatic gearbox. 

This vehicle personifies performance, power and comfort in a way only a jaguar can.

Jaguar E-Pace SUV 

If you have a family, but don't want to give up on having a sports car, then the compact Jaguar E-pace SUV is a perfect compromise. 

With a starting price at a little over £38000, buying a used Jaguar E-pace SUV is a lot easier on your wallet than other Jaguars might be while still providing that premium sports car feel.  

Without a doubt, this is the best Jaguar SUV for its price range if you are looking for a family car.   

Jaguar XJ Luxury Sedan 

When Jaguar says luxury, they genuinely mean it. The XJ luxury sedan is no exception. With a large and stylish interior, you can have all the legroom you want with either the standard wheelbase version or the long-wheelbase model.  

Just because this car is comfortable doesn't mean it slacks on the performance side of things either. You can expect the ride in an XJ to be responsive and powerful with its standard 3.0-litre supercharged V6, but if you opt for a newer version, you can even get a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 to take your ride to another level.

Jaguar F-Type Sports Coupe 

If you're looking to buy something modern enough to still be in production with the best performance you can get, then the Jaguar F-type sports coupe is likely your best bet. It also has a convertible option if that suits your fancy.  

The F-type has a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine providing a whopping 575 horsepower to its four-wheel-drive, perfect for racing around corners. Other models of the F-type can have different engines, such as a supercharged V6 if you are looking for a lower price range. 

The more recent F-type productions also come equipped with a state of the art information and entertainment system known as feature touch pro. This 10-inch touchscreen interface provides everything you need, from navigation, to Spotify compatibility for listening to music and podcasts as you tear up the road.

Jaguar XFR and XF Sports Sedan 

Buying an XFR is for drivers who want to make the usual trip to the shops to buy some milk, safe in the knowledge that at any moment, you can put the pedal to the metal and outpace just about every car in a several mile radii. 

Most will never use such power, but it's fun to know you can.  The performance of this car isn't it's only selling point. 

A used XFR will run you about £30,000 today, which is a bargain compared to the £80K market price it would have been sold for in 2011. 

For that price, you get a beauty of a car with the Jaguar standards of luxury and performance.
